A limited collection of refined residences — where every line, material, and detail has been considered.
Six residences in Maitama — clean horizontal lines, soft curves, deep overhangs that create shade and shelter. Contemporary yet grounded.
The Six is a limited collection of refined residences set within Maitama, one of Abuja's most established and serene districts. Known for its well-planned streets, mature greenery, and controlled residential character, Maitama offers a rare balance of privacy and accessibility — and The Six sits comfortably at the heart of that proposition. Each residence unfolds across three floors: a ground level with 72-square-metre living and dining room, chef's kitchen, and staff quarters; a first floor with family lounge, home cinema, guest bedroom, and two further bedrooms; and a second floor housing the master suite with walk-in closet, home office, and two additional bedrooms. An elevator connects all levels.
The client, 7-Fifteen Ltd, commissioned Springbrid to develop the complete visual identity for The Six — from exterior hero stills and cinematic animation through to full brochure design and interior visualisation. The scope demanded that every visual element carry the same quiet conviction as the architecture itself: clean horizontal lines, soft curves, deep overhangs that create shade and shelter, and a material palette of natural stone, tempered glass, and warm timber that emphasises permanence over trend.
There is a difference between a house and a place that settles you the moment you step inside. The Six belongs to the latter.
Every material was chosen not simply for appearance, but for how it feels, how it lasts, and how it shapes everyday living. Subtle integrated lighting enhances architectural form without overpowering it — by day, the homes are filled with natural light; by evening, they glow gently, composed and inviting. Nothing is excessive. Nothing is accidental. Just thoughtful design, executed with clarity and care.
The resulting body of work — a 29-page brochure, a cinematic animation, and a programme of hero stills covering exteriors, interiors, and amenity spaces — positions The Six exactly where it belongs: as a measured proposition for those who value quiet confidence, generous space, and intentional design. Everyday living, elevated.
The approach is defined without feeling overwhelming. Natural stone walls anchor the structure. Floor-to-ceiling glazing invites light while maintaining privacy.
Generous proportions, natural light, and a calm material palette — spaces that adapt effortlessly to how life is actually lived.
