3D Artist (Virtual Production)

We are looking for passionate and experienced 3D Artists who excel in modelling, texturing, and lighting to join our innovative team. The ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D assets and environments, with a deep understanding of real-time engines, particularly Unreal Engine. Responsibilities

Create detailed and realistic 3D models, textures, and environments for virtual production projects.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Technical Director to ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy.
Work with real-time engines like Unreal Engine to integrate assets into virtual scenes, ensuring optimal performance.
Participate in the entire production pipeline, from concept and pre-production through to final rendering and post-production.
Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the visual quality of projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, applying new techniques to improve workflows and outputs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Artist in architectural visualization, game development, or film production.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting using software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or Maya.
Strong experience with real-time engines, particularly Unreal Engine, and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
A solid portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic and technical skills, with a focus on realistic and stylized environments.
Good familiarity with Vray, SketchUp, D5 Render, or similar software is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
