3D Visualizer/Animator

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualizer/Animator with a strong background in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SketchUp, Vray, D5 Render, Chaos Vantage, and 3ds Max, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating stunning, photorealistic renders and animations. This role involves working on a variety of real estate projects, translating architectural designs into compelling visual content that meets our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality 3D renders and animations for architectural visualization projects, using SketchUp, Vray, D5 Render, Chaos Vantage, and 3ds Max.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to ensure visualizations accurately represent design intent and meet project specifications.
Develop and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of visualizations continuously.
Provide creative input and technical solutions to enhance the visual impact of projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer/Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualization work.
Proficiency in SketchUp, Vray, D5 Render, Chaos Vantage, and 3ds Max, with the ability to create photorealistic renders and animations.
Strong understanding of architectural design, construction details, and the principles of lighting, shading, and rendering.
Excellent modeling, texturing, and lighting skills, with a focus on achieving high visual fidelity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and implement feedback from clients and team members.
