Business Developer

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Developer to expand our market presence, build long-lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate marketing, architectural visualization, and leveraging creative services to create value for clients.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate, architecture, and construction sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
Pitch the company’s services to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our deliverables.
Collaborate with the marketing and visualization teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote brand awareness.
Track, report, and analyze sales performance and pipeline data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the creative or real estate industry.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Knowledge of architectural visualization, real estate marketing, or creative services is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
